How I survived 2020 (lockdowns and boredom)

Hey guys its Kavekin and this is my first blog, how to survive 2020 one of the most BORING year in my life. So most if not all of us must have felt bored during the first few months or so during the lockdown. To be honest I was more worried about what to do during the lockdown than getting covid-19. I was very bored during the first month of lockdown as I just didn't know what to do at home I couldn't meet my friends, go for holidays and I could not do almost all of my hobbies as they required me to go to the range or the swimming pool. Then I learnt to adapt to the new lifestyle and found new things to do that helped me survive 2020 (mentally).

Personally I've always wanted to have a YouTube channel and I decided that it was time to make my dream into reality.

Even though there were less views and subscribers, I was pretty satisfied with my work, I did gaming videos and tutorials and I'm quite proud of myself for the hard work I've put in this channel . It took a while but I had more than enough time to focus on it thanks to the lockdown.

Next, I decided to play video games with my friends. I played games like PUBG and CODM with them and had lots of fun. I preferred to play games with my friends as we couldn't meet and this is a way for us to bond closer together.

Lastly I just wanted to elaborate on how gaming helped me survive 2020. Gaming is said by many to be antisocial and I partially agree. To me, gaming is like an double edged sword if you're addicted to it its bad but if you are stuck in a situation like lockdowns, gaming can help you. It helped me cope with boredom and due to the varieties of games I had it was a major thing that helped me survive 2020 (mentally).

To summarize, I spent 2020 fulfilling my dream of making a YouTube channel, playing video games and playing co operative video games with my friends. This is my first post so it may be a little irrelevant but I'm trying to make it better post by post. Anyway thanks for taking your time to read my post and cya.
